• Management of the call for expression of interest for the selection of hosts (Task 1)
• Management of the call and selection of visitors (Task 3)
• Logistical support to visitors (Task 4)

4. Geographical restrictions on processing

Data may only be processed within the territory of the EU/EEA. They may not leave that territory or be hosted on servers outside the EU/EEA, unless prior written authorisation is granted by the Commission.

5. Communication of data to third parties

The contract does not expressly prohibit this for service providers (hosting, email), but requires any transfer to comply with Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2018/1725. Confirm with Versión Galega whether the hosting and email provider are within the EU/EEA.

Personal data may be communicated to Lex GlobalMinds and to the European Commission for the purpose of managing, supervising and evaluating the programme.
